Watercolor Technique

Art exists in an abstract area. People are used to making artefacts to show their ideas. Painting and drawing are ways to show people's ideas, and they are a part of art. First, washing is an audacious action. It uses pigment and plenty of water on the paper but the color is very light and mild. It gives bottom color on the paper. Next, opaque is an action with objective. In this step, we draw an object that is our main idea on the paper. So we use heavy color to describe the object. Furthermore, we must be careful using colors that can't be diluted at the next two steps. Therefore, this step is the most important part in the watercolor. Third, erasing is an indifferent step. The reason for why it is indifferent is that it depends on the painter. Sometimes, the painter retains the bright area at the beginning. On the other hand, some painters use the white color at this time because the background is too dark. But the teacher doesn't recommend using the white or black color on watercolor, because the white color dissolved in the water is similar to milk, and black makes the paper look dirty.

The other thing to reduce body fat and prevent obesity is diet. Diet means not that people do not eat foods, but reduce amount of foods and eat balanced food. Meat and other fast food such as hamburgers, pizza, and frozen food can contain very large amounts of fat. Eating such foods containing animal fat can lead people to obesity, and obesity can cause numerous health problems. So people have to eat balanced food. Balanced food means to eat many vegetables and fruits and reduce eating meat. Especially to eat greenish yellow vegetables and fruits. Broccoli, green peppers, lettuce, cucumbers, pumpkins, carrots, tomatoes and apples are good for people. Vegetables and fruits contain a lower number of calories and fats than meat and fast food. So, if you reduce eating meat and fast food and eat more vegetables and fruits, you can prevent obesity. However, keep it in your mind; you cannot get desirous results only following a diet. If you do exercise and diet together, you can get the best results.

If you are very fat, it is helpful to take some medicine or use acupuncture that helps break up fat and decrease appetite. However, some medicine or acupuncture is not always helpful. These are only supplements that help someone's diet. Never rely on a medicine or acupuncture alone. Even extremely fat people who want to reduce their body fat must do some exercise and diet. This way is the best way for an obese person.

Most people desire to have well-shaped bodies and to maintain health. To reduce fat in your body and prevent obesity will help you who want to achieve your desire. How to give a successful presentation

To give a presentation is difficult for most people. It's because they have to face the fear of standing in front of many people, to look clever, and be interesting. The best way to fight this fear is to know how to give a successful presentation. There are four steps I would recommend to the ones who give presentations: pre-preparation, real preparation, the presentation, and the post presentation analysis.

The first important step is to know what the presentation will be about. We have to choose the topic, if it is not given. Then we have to gather information about it. We can search on the Internet, in the library, etc. Then write the thesis statement - it'll guide us during the rest of the work.

The second step is the real work. We have to write the whole speech, to choose helping materials and equipment, to find if we need an overhead projector or computer that projects onto a screen. After that we have to find pictures, diagrams, samples, etc. in order for our presentation to catch the audience's attention. Our speech must be learned as well as the use of all helping materials, so we can speak and use the tools with ease. The last part of this step is to practice in front of a mirror. How we look is also important. We have to choose suitable clothes, too.

The third step, the real presentation, is when the fruits of our work will be presented and evaluated. The first, and the most important thing is not to panic. We have prepared every detail of the speech, the tools, and we have practiced everithing. We have to feel confident and anxious to show our best. Do not forget to speak clearly and to answer possible questions.

The fourth step is to evaluate and criticize our work. If we do this right after the presentation, we could still be affected, so it's better to do it next day. We have to be true to ourselves, not too critical, but not too self satisfied either. It's also good if we ask the opinion of our friends who attended the presentation.
