Collaborative Memo

This assignment is based on part (A) of the case situation found on pp. 175-178 of the Burnett Book. You will be working with a partner to prepare a technical memo (and any necessary supplements) in response to the Sundance Systems case situation from this assignment.
Before coming to class on Tuesday, September 25th, read the case situation for Sundance Systems, Inc. (on p. 175) and the Sundance Information Sheet (on pp. 176-177). Prepare brief notes about how you'll approach the assignment. Take into account the task, the content, and concerns such as purpose, audience, organization and support, document design, and consolidation of these concerns. These issues should guide your preparation of the memo.
During class on Tuesday, you and your assigned partner should develop a writing plan. Prepare a memo (and any necessary supplements) that assesses the problem and recommends a solution. You are only doing part (A) of this assignment. The final memo is due on Thursday, September 27th. The length of this memo should be sufficient to cover the subject matter.
