About me

  About me

I was born in Ho Chi Minh City, which is the second largest city after the capital Hanoi and located in the south of Vietnam. After finishing my high school education, I attended University of Pedagogy in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMCUP), Vietnam, to pursue my bachelor's degree in English. After the graduation, I was employed by HCMUP as a university lecturer for Division of Foreign Languages. My responsibility at HCMUP is teaching General English and English for Specific Purposes to non-major English tertiary students. In 2007, I completed my master's degree in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Since 2011, I have been doing my doctoral degree in  Applied Linguistic and Technology (ALT) at Iowa State University in the United States.
