Student-Athlete Scholarship, $500

The Iowa High School Athletic Directors Association (IHSADA) is accepting applications for the 3rd annual Student-Athlete Scholarship. Two (2) $500 scholarships will be awarded (one male and one female). The recipients will be asked to attend the IHSADA State Convention on Sunday-March 29, 2009 at the Hotel Fort Des Moines to receive this award.

In addition to the IHSADA Scholarship, the boy and girl recipient of the IHSADA scholarship will have their applications forwarded to the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) for consideration in the national scholarship program. The IHSADA will utilize the forms from the NIAAA to determine the recipients in Iowa in an effort to streamline the process for both scholarships.
