·
Methodology: Operations Research; Mathematical
Programming, such as, Linear Programming, Nonlinear Programming, Integer
Programming, Markov Decision Processes; Game theory; Probability Analysis and
Statistics.
·
Application: Environmental Economics Analysis,
Closed-loop Supply Chain Systems, Product Lifecycle Analysis, Reverse
Logistics, Green Manufacturing, Sustainable Agriculture, and Natural Resource
Conservation.
Teaching:
·
In
spring 2009, I am teaching ENGR 160
(Engineering Problems with Computer Applications) for the IMSE department at Iowa State University.
·
I
was a course co-instructor for the Study abroad program Plus 3 China in
summer 2007. This program is jointed developed by the School of Engineering and the College of Business Administration
at University of Pittsburgh. The Plus 3
program won the Andrew Heiskell
Award for Innovation in International Education in 2005.
·
During
my graduate study, I have been teaching assistant, lab instructor, plant tour
coordinator for 6 times for Department of Industrial Engineering
at the University of Pittsburgh.
