Section 14,43: complex_constant

 complex constant

 A constant that is a pair of real or integer constants representing
 a complex number; the pair is separated by a comma and enclosed in
 parentheses.  The first constant represents the real part of the
 number; the second constant represents the imaginary part.  In DEC
 Fortran, there are two types of complex constants:  COMPLEX
 (COMPLEX*8) and DOUBLE COMPLEX (COMPLEX*16).
