About Me

Ok, we're going to go back a ways now. I was born on an Air Force Base in Hahn, Germany on July 3, 1987. At the age of 18 months, I moved to Denver, Colorado. When I was 3 years old, I moved to Lexington, Nebraska.

Lexington is a realtively small town (pop. 10,000). It was a good place to grow up and I take pride in my roots. I graduated from Lexington High School in 2005. In high school, I earned Varsity Letters in football, soccer, and band. I also competed on the speech team and in various academic clubs.

I am now a Freshman at Iowa State University. My major is Aerospace Engineering and I am in the Freshmen Honors Program. I work for ISU Dining and for the Iowa State Center as an apprentice stagehand.

I quickly get bored with hobbies, so I don't have too many. Currently though, I am trying to learn how to play the guitar and, weather permitting, I fly stunt kites. I also love to play board games, read, watch movies, and go to theater productions (plays, musicals, etc.).

Well, that's Kimberly Ferguson in a nutshell.
