Note I: The
Diagnostic Math Exam:
1.
During this class, pick up a copy of the
Diagnostic Math Exam and computer answer form;
2.
Outside of class, without a calculator or
help from anyone, work through the diagnostic
math exam and complete the computer answer form. In doing the exam, follow
the instructions on the cover sheet of the exam;
3.
Your completed computer answer form is
due at your lab class on Monday, June 25. (You should keep the exam itself.)
Note II: Students
who miss this lab on Monday, June 17: pick up a copy
of the Diagnostic Math Exam and computer answer form from the main office (Room

Note III: Note
that the next lab is not the next one in the manual! Be sure you prepare for
the correct lab each time!
Note IV: Note

done in the order which they have in the manual!!
Note V: All
math assignments are due by the Monday, July 15.
Note VI: This
lab had to be scheduled earlier than we would like, although we expect this
