Project Management Memo   Purpose The purpose of this assignment is to Create a comprehensive plan for your Culture Report Project Demonstrate your understanding of internal communication Demonstrate your ability to write an internal document using correct Memo Format Tasks You will need to write a memo to your instructor that provides your instructor with your Project Management Plan for the Culture Report.  Your memo should include your project plan for the Culture Report including the steps described in the reading.  You should also be sure to use correct Memo Format when sending your plan to your instructor. Requirements Your memo must demonstrate Your understanding of project planning using the steps described in the reading in correct Memo Format per instructions in class and Memo Format instructions. An appropriate tone and format for the assigned memo.   Evaluation Your grade on this memo will be based on the following criteria: Content                                        50% Format                                         20% Mechanics                                   20% Creativity and Ingenuity               10%   Content 21-25 points 11-20 points 0-10 points   Most or all of required information on steps for Project Planning covered effectively. Missing some of the required information on Steps for Project Planning or ineffectively covered. Missing most of the require information listed in "Tasks". Format 9-10 points 6-8 points 0-5 points   Correct memo format with appropriate spacing and components. Missing one or more components of correct memo format. Missing or inappropriate display of memo format and/or components. Mechanics 9-10 points 6-8 points 0-5 points 0-1 punctuation or grammar error per page. 2-3 punctuation or grammar error per page. 4 or more grammar errors per page. Creativity & Prep. 4-5 points 2-3 points 0-1 point Demonstrates creativity and forethought.  No typos or editing errors. Demonstrates some creativity and no editing errors. Demonstrates little or no creativity and/or no editing errors. Out of a possible 50 points.
