Memo Assignment

Purpose

The purpose of this exercise is to

  • Provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of the conventions of internal communication
  • Provide you with a chance to demonstrate your understanding of memo format
  • Provide your instructor with an idea of what you plan to do for your Instructions assignment

Tasks

Prepare a memo telling me what you plan to use as a subject for your Instructions Assignment.

Your memo should be in correct Memo Format and contain the following information:

  • Who your audience is for your instructions
  • What instructions you are providing for that audience
  • How you plan to approach the assignment

Requirements

Your submission must have all of the above information for possibility of full credit.  Your Memo should be submitted in the correct format as an attachment to an email message.
