Besides being involved in my school work I have many interests’ outsides of education as well. All throughout high school I was involved in four sports. My senior year I was the captain of the varsity basketball, softball, volleyball, and softball team. Now that I attend Iowa State University I try to keep involved in whatever sport related activities I can. I play intramural volleyball, CO-ED volleyball, basketball, and hopefully will play a few more as the spring sets in. Another interest of mine is working for the Iowa State University Recreational Department. I am a referee for men’s, women’s, and CO-ED volleyball. I really enjoy working here. The last couple interests of mine in college are being a part of Gamma Phi Beta, working out, and being around my friends and family! I love to travel as well, and am planning on going to Hawaii in April of this year!
