What is a Strategy? Learning to Design in the NAB Format

All NAB curricular activities are designed as STRATEGIES, plans for proactive teacher organization and classroom management and most effective learning for all students.

Definition:

Strategy: 1.) the skillful planning and management of anything, 2.) plan of action, 3.) military definition- the practice of a maneuver intended to surprise the enemy.

What is a sound reason for a strategy design?

"A 'good' reason for creating art has two essential features: personal authenticity and teleological design. The former refers to the individual's genuine need to express himself to another person, the latter refers to the awareness of society's conventional expectations about the functions art can perform."
