I pursue research and teaching in the fields of conservation biology, landscape ecology, global climate change, wildlife biology, and restoration ecology.

Some of my current research projects include:

• patch-burn grazing approaches to prairie restoration

• testing the use of GIS and remote sensing data in predicting species distributions in montane meadows under present day and global climate change scenarios.
