Welcome to the homepage of Dr. Charles Shrader. I am the Chair of the Department of Management at Iowa State University. I regularly teach in the areas of strategic management and business ethics. My goal is to create an active and cooperative learning environment in the clasroom that fosters curiosity, participation, and higher level thinking. I try to do this through the use of case discussions, current events, humor, and team projects. I enjoy teaching both undergraduates and MBA students.
