Thin film fabrication
- Apply few drops of the suspension on to a substrate:glass, Si etc.
- Allow the drop to dry slowly with the substrate held vertical at a nominal room temperature (22 o C ) and high humidity (> 90%)
- Apply cold isostatic press to the film on the substrates
- Heat treat to a temperature of 520 o C for ~ 5h
