W Res 583. Environmental and Resource Management. Same as Econ 583. (3-0) Cr. 3. S. Prereq: Graduate standing; not for economics majors. Economic analysis of environmental and resource management. Topics include market failure, nonmarket valuation, pollution control strategies, renewable and nonrenewable resources, environmental disputes and negotiation, and land management.
