These may include such areas as leadership, global understanding, social justice/responsibility, and ethics. Students in any college may take these courses. Leadership strategies and effective use of leadership skills in an international setting. Compare leadership theories and practices in the U.S. and foreign countries. Construct individual leadership strategies to deal with complex issues in a global environment. Use discussion, personal assessment inventories, and simulated experiences to evaluate leadership strategies. Develop and improve skills in meeting the challenges of teamwork. Learn about the culture of a foreign country. |
