Courses primarily for undergraduate students

Lib 160. Library Instruction. (1-0) Cr. 0.5. F.S.SS. 8 weeks. Prereq: for students whose native language is not English: Completion of English 101 requirement. Use of libraries and information sources, both print and electronic, including locations and services of the University Library with an emphasis on basic library research tools and information literacy concepts. To be taken as early as possible in the student's undergraduate career. See course descriptions of Engl 105 and 105H for Prerequisite related to Lib 160. Offered on a satisfactory-fail grading basis only.
