Curriculum in Dietetics
Administered by the Department of Food Science
and Human Nutrition.
The student is prepared for admission to dietetic
internship programs and other professional experience programs approved/accredited
by The American Dietetic Association. Courses included have been
approved as meeting the academic requirements of the American Dietetic
Association. There is a $30 fee for a statement of verification
of completion of the approved program.
