Implementation of the Resource Management Model

Brown Bag Sessions

To provide time to discuss the implementation of the Resource Management Model, a series of Brown Bag session was offered. The first one was Tuesday, September 11. Ellen Rasmussen, Associate Vice President for Budget and Planning, led the discussion.

Please feel free to bring your lunch and your questions about the implementation of the Resource Management Model, or attend a brownbag session simply to hear the most current information about the implementation process.

Staff members leading the implementation of the Resource Management Model will be present at each of the Brown Bag sessions. Sessions scheduled for Fall 2007 and Spring 2008:

  • Tuesday, October 16, 2007, 12-1 pm, Campanile, Memorial Union
  • Wednesday, November 14, 2007, 12-1 pm, Campanile, Memorial Union. The topic for this discussion was IDC and the GoldSheet.
  • Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 12-1 pm, Campanile, Memorial Union. The topic for this discussion was "Where are We Now?" including finalizing policies and procedures, data warehouse development and system changes.
  • Wednesday, March 12, 2008, 12-1 pm, Campanile, Memorial Union. The topic for this discussion focused on developing the budget for fiscal year 2009.
