Stir Fry Recipe

 

2 cups of Broccoli (Amounts vary, put as much or as little in)

2 cups of Cauliflower (Amounts vary, put as much or as little in)

2 cups of Mushrooms (Amounts vary, put as much or as little in)

A piece of Chuck Roast

4 garlic cloves

(add any vegetables you want)

 

Cut chuck roast into strips

Trim down Broccoli and Cauliflower

Season Chuck Roast with Oyster sauce, soy sauce, MSG, and black pepper

Smash and dice garlic cloves

Put Wok on stove put cooking oil in and let it get really hot.

Put in garlic cloves, then vegetables

After vegetables get crispy push to the side and add meat

When meat is about down put hoisen sauce in wok to caramelize
