There
is nothing as infuriating as watching a herd of white-tailed deer
consume a summer's worth of work in the orchard. Wildlife, including
deer, gophers, mice, and geese, cause a great deal of damage to orchards
in the Midwest each year. Various methods for management of wildlife
pests exist; the tricky part of management is the timing of these
