Hello everybody
I just arrived in Québec. Everything went perfectly. I was a bit nervous about the borders and everything, it's my first trip outside US but it was ok. Québec is a nice city 2 hours away from the airport. I took the bus from the airport in Montreal to the bus station in Québec city and then a taxi to the university. I was nervous about my pronunciation and I wanted to make sure I was going to the right place, the taxi driver was fine, but I don’t think he speaks English. Actually, I haven’t heard anybody speak English so far…I guess I will be totally "imersed" as Mr. Toutel said! The campus is really pretty and people are friendly. A boy gave me the directions to the registration office for the residence, but stupid me …I forgot to ask about his name. Ok I gotta go now get my keys. Just wanted to tell you that I'm fine.
