        In Ten Years.....

Started Friday, March 28, 2003.

"Strength and dignity are her clothing,  And she smiles at the future."                                Proverbs 31:25

I graduated from Iowa State University in 2007 with  a degree in Landscape Architecture, and a minor in  Greek and Religion. I now work for Walker Macy in  Portland, Oregon where I design a variety of spaces,  from zoos to parks to urban plazas.

I am married with 2 young children, ages 3  and 1, so I stay home most of the time and  help with an occasional project at the  office. My husband teaches in the  archaeology and religious studies  departments at the University of Oregon.

We, as a family, are very involved with the local church, Metro Vineyard Christain Fellowship, and enjoy growing in the Lord with believers from all parts of Portland and beyond. One of our favorite things to do is inner city missions. We join with Here's Life Inner City to help reach out to the urban poor meeting their needs first in a practical way and often leading them to the saving love of Jesus Christ.
