I graduated with honors from Sioux Central on May
of 2007. While in high school, I was a member of the Spanish Club and
National Honors Society; also I was able to take college classes form ICCC. |

I started my journey on this campus in the summer
of 2007 by being part of the Academic Program for EXcellence (APEX), an
eight-week academic summer program for incoming first-year students of color
at Iowa State University. I am currently a freshman, majoring in Management
Information Systems, and in the process of getting a second major in
International Business with a minor in Spanish. |
