Session Title: Independent Contracting 101 by Connie Hargrave.

Dr. Hargrave is an Associate Professor at the Center for Technology in Learning & Teaching, Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She currently teaches the integration of technology in teaching and learning course for undergraduate students earning a minor in educational computing and in the foundations of instructional technology course for the graduate program.

Her research examines the use of conceptual change-based instructional strategies to develop student learning in science and instructional technology.

As the former manager of the Ames Laboratory Education Programs, she worked in classrooms conducting hands-on and technology-based science projects with K-12 students.
