Casa Cahalotes

About the Project:

Project is located on a plain condo in Lima, Peru. It overlooks a golf course. The project should not have any barriers and integrate the life of others, without altering the aesthetics and function. All things being equal. The project is articulated through an axis of movement of 1.50 in width, containing all the functions in two volumes.

The first volume, a strip that runs the length of the field, adding a second volume of double height containing the social area and expansion of the terrace. The concept of the House was to seek to integrate functional, structural and formal, with a simple modulation in response to the program. The proposed materials, synthesized the warmth and formal language of the project, creating a comfortable home.
