Bio 436. Neurobiology.
3 Credits lecture only. Offered in Fall. Prerequisites: Bio 335 or Psych 310; or equivalent background, physics recommended. Integration, coding, plasticity, and development in nervous systems.

Bio 490R. Zoology Undergraduate Research.
1-5 Credits each time taken. Prerequisites: 15 Credits in zoological sciences; permission of instructor. Students in the College of Agriculture may use no more than 6 credits of 490 toward the total of 128 credits required for graduation; students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences may use no more than 9 credits of 490 toward graduation.


NEUROSCIENCE 556. Cellular, Molecular and Developmental Neuroscience. (Co-listed as Neuro 556/GDCB 556/BMS 556)
3 Credits lecture only. Offered in Fall. Prerequisites: Graduate level status (or permission of instructor), Bio 335, 436 or Psych 310; or equivalent background, physics recommended.


GDCB 590. Special Topics in Developmental Neuroscience.
1-5 Credits each time taken. Prerequisites: Permission of instructor.


GDCB 661. Current Topics in Neurobiology and Behavior. (Dual listed as Neuro 660.)
2 to 3 credits each time taken. Prereq: Permission of instructor. Topics may include communication, hormones and behavior, neural integration, developmental neurobiology, neuroanatomy and ultrastructure, sensory biology, social behavior, techniques in neurobiology and behavior.

NEURO 690/GDCB 690. Journal Club in Neuroscience.
1 Credit. Offered Fall & Spring. Prerequisites: NEURO 556. Students are required to attend and make at least one presentation at a weekly journal club focusing on current topics. For Sring 2006 schedule.


NEURO 696. Neuroscience Seminar.
1 Credit. Offered Fall & Spring. Students are required to be enrolled in this course each semester while in the Neuroscience Program. Prerequisites: NEURO 556. Presentations and discussion of research by students, faculty, and visiting scholars.
