Application Procedures

A completed application for the predoctoral internship at the Student Counseling Service of Iowa State University consists of the following materials and must be received no later than November 4, 2008.

1. APPIC Universal Application form which is found on the World Wide Web in the "Forms and Document Downloads" section of: www.appic.org.
2. Current Vita.
3. Transcripts for ALL your graduate coursework. Unofficial or photocopied transcripts are acceptable, but official transcripts will be required if you are matched with us..
4. A list of your graduate courses with complete course titles.
5. Three letters of reference from professionals who can describe your clinical work, your ethical integrity and other assets judged to be positive qualities for a practicing psychologist.
