No new homework before exam 3/Math 141 Final! but look to WebCT for a practice exam. I recommend looking at the following exercises: From 7.3, #11, 13, 33, 34. From 7.4, 25, 26, 27, 28, 39, 42. Look at them, DO NOT HAND IN! but ask about these in recitation.
Whenever you discover a mathematical error in the textbook or in anything I put on the web, please tell me via email. I will award you three homework questions' worth extra credit if you are the first one to report a particular error. I will award you even five questions' worth if it is related to a homework and you report it at least two days before the deadline for that particular homework. This is because the rest of the class benefits even more when any confusion is cleared up as early as possible. Here are known errors which you should check out first before emailing me.
This page will normally be updated only for homework and whenever there is a problem with WebCT. To make sure you have the latest version of this page, make sure to press the Refresh/Reload button.

If a student has a disability that qualifies under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and requires accommodations, she/he should contact the Disability Resources (DR) office for information on appropriate policies and procedures. DR is located on the main floor of the Student Services Building, Room 1076; their phone is 515-294-6624. If you are considering this, I recommend talking to me early in the process, too.

Please put the letters Math 141 [x] (resp. 142) at the beginning of your subject line (where [x] is your section, A1, ..., C2)!!! Then add some meaningful subject like 'meeting' or 'grade' or 'homework'. This really helps me a lot!
