General Information . . .
Purchasing maintains a contract for the disposal of hazardous waste that is administered in conjunction with the Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S). EH&S is responsible for the collection, treatment and disposal of all chemical waste generated at Iowa State University.

University facilities requiring waste removal should complete a Hazardous Chemical Waste Acceptance Form (HCWAF).
