In consideration of the anticipated
annual volume business that your company represents, the
Sheraton West Des Moines is pleased to extend the following net,
non commissionable guestroom rate options:
Standard King or Two double beds: $80
One Room Suite: $100
Two Room Suite: $105
Club Level:
$165
This rate is subject to availability. Should the preferred
rate not be available, the best available house rate will
prevail. Rate will not be available on black out dates or
city wide events.
The rate option is subject to non-last availability.
Guest room rates offered on a net non-commissionable basis
are subject to our state guest room tax, currently 12%,
These rated are eligible for Starwood Preferred Guest points.
For comparison our rack rate range is $209/room $249/suite.
Preferred rated are applicable to single or double occupancy and
will be confirmed based on the specific room inventory available
at the time a reservation is made.
