Let me give you a bit of history about my family. I have three beautiful daughters, Tabatha (Tab on the right), Elizabeth (Liz on the left), and Andrea (in the middle, right after her opera in 1997). Tab works as a social worker for Stevens County as well as helping out in her husbands store. Liz is working for a bank in Fargo, ND.  Andrea graduated Cum Laude in Music from the University of Minnesota and has also graduated with a Masters in Music.  I'm proud of her.  She now wants to find a job in opera but is doing Video conferencing for CIM in Cleveland.

Tab & John

Quite the happy couple here.  They had a DJ do their wedding dance and it was awesome.  This momma danced her feet off and had a WoNdErFuLl time!  Tab was a very beautiful bride!

Here is Tab and I.  A proud momma of her oldest daughter.

Then here on April 2, 1998 we have John, Carter and Tab.

John owns and operates John's Total Entertainment Center in Morris, MN.  It's a store with cards, comics, CD's, books, magazines, scrapbooking supplies, and miscellaneous items.  If you're ever in the area stop in and say hi, he's located along the main street of town.

Liz graduated from College in Wahpeton, ND.  I'm so proud of her and know that she will do great in the area of human services studies that she completed.

And here's the graduate!

Liz the Graduate

I'm so proud of her for completing her studies and trying to raise a family at the same time.  Good going Liz!  You accomplished quite a task there.

Here is Andrea

 Andrea

This is Andrea, she is a graduate from the Cleveland Institute of Music.  She's my beautiful opera star and has completed her Master's degree in music. She has a beautiful voice and can sing in just about any range of the music scale which I think takes a real talent. She makes me very proud to be her mom. She's a real special gal.
She is currently working as the instructor for Video Conferencing at CIM.

Below she is in costume for one of her operas that she performed.

Andrea in Costume, Queen of the Night

She performed in the opera The Magic Flute, she played the part of the Queen of the Night. AWESOME Costume eh? She's doing wonderful with her music and I love to listen to her sing. Her voice is so beautiful and she's so talented I would love to see her attain her goal in life of being an opera star. She obtained her Masters degree and graduated from Cleveland Institute of Music in Ohio.

Here is a list of operas she has performed in:
Liberty (Statue of Liberty-Freedom) in 'The Proposal'
Studio in 'Opera Talk'
Governess in 'The Turn of the Screw'
Ann Putnam in 'The Crucible'
The Queen of the Night in 'The Magic Flute'
Rosalinda in 'Die Fledermaus'

Rosina in 'The Barber of Seville'
Fiordiligi in 'Cosi fan tutte'
Countess in 'The Marriage of Figaro',
In 1993, her first opera, she performed the part of Gertrude in 'Hansel and Gretel'.

Ben

Ben

This is my son Ben.  He is a high school graduate from Boone High School in May 1999.  He is currently working for Pizza Hut in Des Moines, IA.   Some of his skills are in the area of mechanics and welding.  That mechanic ability comes naturally for him as his grandpa Carlson was a mechanic. He loves to party with his friends and go camping.
