These are some of the pictures from locations I traveled to
on vacations. I have included some of my favorite pictures from sites I visited.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did and that you will let the pictures take
you into the recesses of your mind to bring you peace, tranquility and to relax.
Yellowstone National Park
This is a picture of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. It was a beautiful place to visit, so many different sites to see and the beauty that was there was just totally AwEsOmE! I went there with my husband, Ben, and Liz. We took a camper with us and did a lot of our own cooking over the camp stove in the camper. I enjoyed being with my kids and cooling our feet in the streams and brooks. We even camped by a babbling brook one night, it was so cool too!
We walked miles and miles while we were on the trip, in fact it was in July, and I had a dream one time that it was snowing in July, well on this trip we actually came across a patch of snow and took a picture of it. This here is Liz standing at the base of the snow.
Another site was the Petrified trees that we saw.

This is the Little Falls Dam with three
of it's four gates open allowing the spring water to flow through from the
Mississippi River. It's a beautiful site to watch and it's right in
my hometown and close to where my mom lives. It's located in Little
Falls, Minnesota, the home town of Charles Lindberg.
Horseshoe Falls at Niagara Falls

of Niagara Falls
Here we are on Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls. It was a very enjoyable vacation!
We went on a drive to Calgary, BC, Canada to attend Julie and Mike's wedding. We traveled up to Minnesota and stayed with my daughter Liz for the night, then we traveled through North Dakota into Montana and stopped in Great Falls for the night. We then traveled up through British Columbia to Calgary. I didn't take many pictures on the way there as I wanted to save my film for the wedding. But here is one of the pictures from the wedding.

After the wedding was over we traveled down to Pincher Creek to visit some friends and during our stay we went to an area by the Rocky Mountains that had a glacier on it. However, most of the snow and ice had melted. Here are some pictures from that trip. (Click on the picture for a larger view, then click on your back button to return to this page).
