AccessPlus Catalog Editing Process and Timeline

Course descriptions will be edited using the AccessPlus Catalog Editing System. Edits are approved online by department, college, and finally, the Office of the Registrar. Curriculum and department text will be edited using Word documents downloaded from this site (see list on the right). Send them by e-mail to your college curriculum coordinator. If you need more information about the process or the system, contact Char Hulsebus, catalog editor or Marcia McDowell, assistant catalog editor.

Departments/colleges:  edit in AccessPlus. Review/edit masthead and curriculum documents.

May

May 9: Updated courses checked off on the Approval web page in AccessPlus. College Curriculum Coordinators will review and check off departments in their colleges.

Masthead (Word documents) edited by departments and returned to College Curriculum Coordinators. See links below.

June

June 30: College Curriculum Coordinators complete review of department edits by checking off on the Approval web page in AccessPlus.

Masthead documents due in the Registrar's Office from College Curriculum Coordinators.

July

Office of the Registrar reviews submissions and prepares the Proposed Changes document.
