Instructions

  1. Acquire a 1D data set to determine SW. Calibrate p1 (1H 90° pulse at pl1=0, 9 to 13 µs).

  2. Create a 2D experiment and read in parameter set.

  3. Set p1. Adjust d1, 1 sw = 2*(2 sw) and ns as required for your sample.
